This is a lovely story about the important place a dog can hold in the life of it's owner. The relatioship and bond between a person and their dog can be such an amazing thing and it is so well portrayed here. This is an emotional tale of loss and love and as such is a bit of a weepie, but it is also an uplifting tale that anyone who has a dog as a member of the family, will relate to.
This is a heartbreakingly beautiful story of love between a woman and her dog. Jess is a woman who suffers profound loss, but is able to persevere and try to move on with her life, and then is hit with another punch in the gut when her dog becomes ill. If you're a dog lover, you'll know the pain Jess has to endure while watching her precious Odin slipping away. Yet, you'll see hope for her future as she finds love again.
This is a very poignant story of the love between a young woman and her precious dog that helped sustain her through a very tragic event in her life. A great read for animal lovers as well as those who enjoy seeing love and new beginnings triumph over loss. I enjoyed reading the entire book and highly recommend it!
