It's OK if you want a second opinion about Android apps. The problem with it is that apps are being revised and new apps are being designed all the time, so wait a few months and it may be out of date.

Not everything here is useful for me, but I'm the one who will decide which apps to install, and which ones not to install. The book is useful for making a decision.
More of the same. There a lot of books similar to this. The best choice is for date of release and number of apps. Good advice could be find at pc world magazine .
Lots of great info, tips and tricks i didn't know. Not being tied to Apple Only is a real plus to me. Android Rocks!! Lots of great Apps in the book. I have a few of Aaron's books. He really lays it out in a clear and concise manner, easy for non-geek types like me to understand, and implement. I have it in my library for quick and easy reference. You'll like it, too.
Author Aaron Halbert has taken the time to find the best Android apps out there, so you don't have to try sorting through tons of customer reviews. Each app includes a brief description that highlights what makes it so great, as well as how much the app costs (if anything). I discovered some apps I'd never heard of before, and now wouldn't want to leave home without them!
